What is VGen?
VGen is an art commissioning platform and community for both clients and artists. You do not need an account in order to commission me through VGen.
VGen will be my preferred platform for taking on commission requests.

What is a ‘Surprise Me!’ Commission?
A ‘Surprise Me!” commission, also referred to as a SKEB style commission, is a new type of commission I wanted to offer for a cheaper price. With this style of commission, there will be no updates or revisions until the final preview, where only minor mistakes will be fixed (i.e wrong eye colour).
Basically, the final result will be a complete surprise for you!
Will I need to pay in full upfront?
For commissions under £100, I will ask for a 50% deposit upfront and then the final payment will be requested upon completion of your commission.
For commissions £100 and over, an instalment plan can also be discussed.
How long will it take to get my commission once I’ve paid a deposit?
For Character Art and ‘Surprise Me!’ commissions, the turnaround is expected to be 4 weeks maximum.
For Comic and Full Illustrations please allow a minimum of 3 months for me to complete your commission.
If you have a particular deadline in mind, let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. A rush fee may incur depending on what type of commission and how tight the deadline is.

I have the right to refuse your commission request for any reason.
Refunds
If the client cancels the commission before any work has begun, the deposit will be refunded. If the commission is cancelled by the client after work has begun on it, no refund will be given.
If the commission has to be cancelled by myself, due to unforeseen circumstances, I will refund 100% of the amount paid at point of cancellation.
Rights
You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use.
This includes, but is not limited to, cropping the art to use for icons, banners, emotes, badges, etc.
You cannot sell the artwork that was commissioned without discussing it with me prior. An additional fee may occur.
It is strictly forbidden to run the commissioned artwork through any form of AI model.
Copyright of the artwork belongs to myself and I have the right to post the piece and it’s process on my social media, use it as a portfolio piece etc.
If it’s a gift for someone else, I will not share any part of the commission until after you have shared it with the intended recipient.
